Cohen states that the first sensory awareness is movement consisting of breath, fluid and creation of one’s body. She encourages the participants to sense how do their cells inform their body. She asked them to question the balance of inner awareness of their presence and the surrounding sounds in the environment.

In the above video, Cohen states that the three tubes namely the notochord, neural tube and the gut tube with the spinal chord rotate together and inform soft and fluid movements.
